- Cancellation / Failure To Appear
1. Should a participating artist/band go through registration and begin the ticket sales process but then cancel, discount fan tickets will no longer be available; however, sales made up to that point will not be refunded and ticket purchases will be honored.
*Registration fee & performer tickets can not be refunded due to an artist/band’s cancellation.
2. Under no circumstance will an artist/band’s cancellation, failure to appear, or lack of meeting the ticket sales requirement result in refunds to the ticket buying fan or customer(s).
3. In the extreme unlikelihood that the festival be cancelled for any reason, including natural disaster, a civil local or national disturbance or Act of God, SWC will be released from any obligations associated with this program.
4. The festival’s artist/band lineup and performance times are subject to change; check the festival’s website for information and updates.
